Organic Carrot
'Scarlet Nantes'

This variety turns orange early in the season. Harvest early for baby carrots or later at full size, about 7" long. Prepare a site in full sun that has rich, fertile soil. In early spring or fall, sow seeds 1/4" deep. Water generously and use an organic fertilizer as needed. Organic seeds are produced without the use of
synthetic chemicals or pesticides.
