Organic Squash
'Dark Green Zucchini'

Zucchini is a popular summer squash. The prolific harvest can be enjoyed fresh, cooked, or frozen in many ways. Prepare a site in full sun that has rich, fertile soil. After all danger of frost is past, sow 6 seeds together in hill at a depth of 1" spacing seeds 3" apart. Hill should be spaced 3 ft. apart to allow vines to spread. Water regularly and use an organic fertilizer as needed. Harvest mature fruits to extend the growing season. Organic seeds are produced without the use of synthetic chemicals or pesticides.
